You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Maintaining outdated or inaccurate account information may affect your ability to verify your identity and process transactions.

While a bonus is active, a maximum single bet limit applies as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Exceeding the maximum bet limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided and winnings being forfeited.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the specified expiry period will be cancelled without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Sports betting markets on ppp99 — including cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are subject to the following general rules in addition to sport-specific rules displayed within each market.
Bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body or, where unavailable, based on information from reputable and independent sources. ppp99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation. In the event of a data error or manifest technical fault affecting odds presentation, ppp99 reserves the right to void affected bets.
Live betting markets update in real time. Odds and market availability change rapidly during live events. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding. Bets placed on events that have already concluded due to data delay will be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppp99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.
